Communications policy
Please note this company is an Internet based business service communicating mainly via electronic means and mail. Please see our lost-souls policy at the bottom of this panel for spam policy.
There are eight levels of reaching us
- The website, use communication forms.
- Most forms operating on this site have an online acknowledgement inviting you to print out the online receipt. In the case of log in password request we answer ASAP but all log in requests are actually checked against our records before we supply this information, due to the fact that our service is highly confidential we think automated password retrieval systems are not suitable for us, the exception is the free advertising section, open to the general public.
- The online helpdesk issues a number for each enquiry. The numbered enquiry will be answered via email quoting the reference number supplied to the enquiror.
- Shop purchase communications
- From Whizz shop you should receive after an order an order acknowledgement listing detailed the items ordered, the price, and the shipping cost.
- From the online bank you should receive a receipt quoting the order number and the payment reference.
- Email communications
We do our utmost to answer all emailed enquiries within 24 hours of them being received. All our emails to customers are logged and we assume that unless we receive a none-receipt notification from you that our sent email has been received by you.
- Phone calls
0208 980 9495 or 0870 830 0664 are manned Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM and out of hours an answering service enables callers to leave a message, a simple message box system diverts callers to the appropriate message box. We aim to answer all calls within 24 hours of a message being left.
056 00750 7181 is the Customer Services line and is in operation between 8AM and 10PM every day, if not available please leave a message, which should be attended to within 60 minutes.
Customers with online service panels will see an acknowledgement on the message board if appropriate.
SMS messages are kept for a limited period of time and are sent on the risk of the customer if they wish to do so.
- The member service panel
Customers which are contracted by office, career, secretarial, phone services, will have access to an online service panel, which quotes invoices, statements, current cost sheets, download documents, and a message panel. we update this daily or more frequently, depending on level of use. Customers with phone answering service can read their messages from this panel.
- Fax calls 0870 055 8065 is our publicly available fax number, which can be used by customers wishing to fax through any type of communications, all callers will receive an OK message once their message has been sent to us and we shall either delete the fax in the case of promotional material or deal with the fax within 1 hour of it being received.
Urgent contracted customers are given special fax numbers, which are on secluded customer services lines.
All faxed correspondence sent from us to customers are electronically logged with a copy of each fax received and sent being kept on file for at least 12 months or longer in case of ongoing customers contracts, where we are contracted to file customers work.
We use the electronic receipt obtained as proof of sending and receipt.

We send all our packages, letters, from this address and also returns are received here. We aim to answer promotional letters whenever possible, but cannot guarantee to answer them nor can we guarantee to answer speculative job applications.

20-22 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4JS as we do not communicate with any correspondence sent to this address unless it is fiscal or governmental.
All postal communications sent from us to customers have to be signed for unless otherwise requested. We keep postal receipts no longer then 12 months or shorter when no complaint has been received within 3 months of posting.
- Personal Callers are not welcome at our address. We are a mail order and electronics communications company and have no facility to receive visitors at our addresses. We deliver all correspondence and work to our local customers and post, fax, email, make available for download work for national or international customers. We may make available for collection to limited numbers of customers work on special agreement to contracted customers.
Persons wishing to discuss any prospect of our work will have to agree to a meeting in a public place upon arrangement.
Lost souls spam
This company receives in the region of upwards from 200 spam emails per day. Unfortunately we have to indiscriminately delete any emails received, which do not trigger our filter criteria, so if for an unfortunate reason an email of importance has been deleted please contact us again. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
