Whizz Business Solutions carries several levels of customer service

1. Advertising of third party goods and services
2. Sales of goods  & services from Whizz shop
3. Sales of services via phone, fax and email order

Each purchase/sale/quotation and enquiries for/of goods and/or services is logged in our customer database, where we keep address, phone number, fax number, email address, details of goods purchased, payment details. Each customer is allocated a customer number, each invoice generated will have its individual invoice number.

All customer records and purchase/(s) history are kept on several databases including email records, fax records and correspondence records. Any customer's details are never disclosed to another customer and only disclosed to fiscal authorities if necessary to ascertain matters like taxes, it may be necessary to disclose information in the course of police investigations with court orders or in the case of matters of national security without court orders to aid criminal investigations.

We reserve the right to check on customer's details to ascertain they are legally entitled to use names and addresses to ensure we are not breaching copy rights or dealing with individuals who seek to use our services for criminal activities. 

We do not keep any customer payment details online. We may keep customer details online on a 128 bit encrypted log in section whereby we also keep uploaded files and processed files for access with the help of a user name and password if required to do so. This user name and password can be stored via a cookie on the hard drive but the user has the choice not to store it on the hard drive but if stored, should ensure not disclose the username to anyone as the computer terminal will bring up the password automatically for log in purposes if any person shares the computer terminal and they input the user name for this service.

We encourage to keep the customer and invoice number confidential as customers may be required to quote it for security purposes when we deal with them over the phone. Customers should also clearly state that they do not wish for orders or instructions to be accepted unless they come from nominated phone/fax numbers or do not come from the usual person without written permission and customers may choose to agree a password.

All shop purchases get a generated web order number and additionally the purchaser may quote their own individual purchase order number.

We do not accept directly credit/debit card orders over the phone or otherwise at present and customers may choose to pay via the Paypal facility using their credit/debit card whereby their card details are not disclosed to Whizz Business Solutions

We never pass on your contact details to third parties not by sale or mutual consent.
We never contact persons we have been writing to on behalf of customers.

We keep records of faxes and emails received between 12 months and an unlimited period of time.

Our online log in section for office and career customers is protected by 128 bit encryption.

Records are kept in accordance with Data Protection legislation. All paperwork is shredded by security level 3 cross-cut machine.

We operate a cookie policy on this site to monitor the amount of visitors, the amount of clicks received on advertisements and the sales generated through advertisements. Also details for shop use and for the member section can be saved onto a cookie to visitor's computers. The access log does disclose from which machine a visitor accessed our site and any pages therein. Also the shop and various other free services on the site operate a cookie to enable visitors to log in later on and retrieve details.

Any details used by customers to use any services on our site are used solely for our own purposes to log customer interest and never passed on to third parties. Except for the free advertising section, we do not operate an automated password retrieval system and check each password request against our records. Shop log in passwords are allocated only after a customer has passed an identity check. We may require to see copies of invoices or other identification to ascertain company status.

Visitors may need to enable third party cookies to use our site when you follow advertised links. The advertisers operate various cookie policies to be able to log when our visitors clicked through and purchased on their sites. We never get any information who bought what but only get to know that someone purchased a certain amount worth of goods, for which we are paid either an agreed fee or percentage.

We monitor all web services provided and may delete self-created content if unsuitable within our determination.

We are unable to disclose customer's details for the purpose of references unless the customer specifically agrees to this, we are neither able to disclose the name of a customer or the nature of business we conduct with them.
